Cow Ghee is made from cow milk. The expensive and lengthy method used in ancient India to get ghee is a three step process. This method is strictly followed in only a few dairies these days. First they make curd from whole milk. Then churn it to separate Makhan from it and then boil it at certain temperatures to get pure desi ghee.
